The catalyst behind this unparalleled civic agility is Smart-ID.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>The 15-Minute Revolution<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Estonia\u2019s Smart-ID, alongside Mobile-ID, is not just a tool for checking bank balances; it is a legally binding digital identity.
